I am searching for my ancestors William and Mary Robson licensed victualler living at 18 Quay Side in 1891 was there a pub site. Also daughter Agnes and Thomas Jobling wine and spirit merchent living at Yarm Lane in 1901 can anyone help please

I believe 18 Quay Side was the Baltic Tavern, previously known as the Blue Anchor Tavern.
